Forest - At Jefferson Forest, the Cavaliers hosted defending state champion Cave Spring in volleyball.  The Knights' Olivia Sass with a nice set for Piper Roe who drills a winner.  Cave Spring, playing its first match of the season, picking up where it left off last year.  Tessa Klimaitis with the pretty kill.  The Cavaliers tried to keep it tight, Tori Davis goes high for the kill.  But the Knights too tough.  Cave Spring blanks JF 3-0.
