Campbell Co., VA - Campbell County's Board of Supervisors is moving forward with a possible meals tax. Their next step is to let everyone know about it.
The county will now begin giving out material to get the word out about how a meals tax would benefit education.
The school district faces a $1.5 million budget gap for FY 2014 and a meals tax could offset that.
Ultimately voters get to decide this one - the referendum will be on the ballot this November.
