State police say Niesha Palmer was making a left turn into a driveway, near the intersection of Chatham road and Meadville road, when the truck behind her rear-ended her.

They say the driver of that truck, Justin Farrar, lost control of his truck, swerved and overturned. He was airlifted to Duke hospitals. Police say Farrar was not wearing a seatbelt.
