Roanoke Co., VA - Two local men were given $25,000 each on the Ellen DeGeneres show Monday.

Jordan Addison, whose car was vandalized with a hateful slur, says his money will pay for a vacation for his childhood guardians. The rest is going toward getting his doctorate.

Junior Henegar, who fixed Addison's car, says he plans on updating some equipment at his family's shop and starting an annual event.

"This whole experience has inspired me to do this annually. Every year, I want to accept donations from local vendors and businesses and just the people throughout the Roanoke Valley to all go towards a deserving person's car that needs to be overhauled. Someone who deserves it, and we're going to call it ‘Operation Pay It Forward,'" said Henegar.

Addison's car was vandalized four different times. Whoever did it has not been caught.
