Grand Jury Indicts Driver Accused of Killing Siblings

Rustburg, VA - A Rustburg man charged with driving drunk and killing two Lynchburg siblings pleaded guilty Tuesday.

Caleb Evans was charged with two counts of aggravated manslaughter and DUI from that accident over the 4th of July weekend back in 2011.

Tara and Terrell Davis died in that fiery crash.

State police officials say Evans was driving in the wrong direction on Route 460 when he hit their car and it burst into flames.
