First lady Michelle Obama is set to campaign for her husband's re-election in Virginia.
Her first stop is Thursday afternoon in downtown Richmond.
Later in the day, she will speak to supporters at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg.
Also, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be appearing at a rally in Fairfax county, Thursday.
