Bedford Co., VA - The Bedford County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man they say set fire to his neighbor's home Tuesday.
Investigators say a man smelled something burning at his home on Bills Road and discovered his house was on fire. He was able to describe someone he saw walking from the property - a neighbor he said he'd been having problems with recently.
Darrell Orange, 53, was arrested at his home on the same street shortly after, and is charged with burning or destroying an occupied dwelling-- his second such offense.
Orange is still in jail.
