Former HS Teacher's Aide Arrested for Sexual Misconduct

Bedford Co., VA – Officials have arrested a former high school teacher's aide at Liberty High School.

Michael D. Robertson, 42, was charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child while in a supervisory roll.

Officials with the Bedford County Sheriff's Office say the incident involving a 15-year-old student happened on September 12 on school property.

The sheriff's office is still investigating the incident.
