Roanoke, VA – Officials are looking for a person they say shot a 19-year-old man Tuesday.
Roanoke police say Teandre Antoine Small, 19, was shot at about 5:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Crescent Street. He was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
No arrests have been made, and police are investigating.
