Update: 2:00 p.m.:
Roanoke Police have confirmed that 23-year-old Richard Ames III has been arrested. He was arrested Thursday afternoon in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Ames has been charged in Tuesday's bank robbery and also faces a probation violation.

Roanoke, VA – Officials with the Roanoke Police Department say they now know who the suspect is in Tuesday's robbery of a SunTrust Bank.
Police have warrants out for Richard Henry Ames III, 23.
They say police in Greenbrier County West Virginia actually spotted him, but he was able to get away.
The suspect was caught on the bank's surveillance camera after police say he handed the teller a note, and took off with an undisclosed amount of money.
If you see Ames you're asked to call 911 immediately.
