Big Pot Bust in Halifax Co.

Halifax Co., VA - Halifax County task force made a major drug bust. They seized 129 marijuana plants from rural areas of the county.

The plants have an estimated street value of more than $3,000 a piece.

A section of the plants were spotted from a helicopter, which led to the discovery of the rest at a separate location.

No arrests have been made.

The task force is working with the Commonwealth's Attorney to find the people responsible for growing them.
