Caroline Co., VA - The State Fair of Virginia opens this Friday under new owners.
Farm Bureau Federation and Universal Fairs have teamed up for the annual agricultural attraction.
It runs from September 28 through October 7.
The Farm Bureau says the fair is now returning to its agricultural roots with an emphasis on livestock exhibits and competitions.
