Lynchburg, VA- Ladies can get a new fashionable wardrobe and give back to a great cause in the Hill City Wednesday night.
At the "Frocks 4 Freedom" sale, you will be able to find name brand clothes like J.Crew, Ralph Lauren and Coach. But you won't have to pay the name brand price.
Most items range from $5 to $9, and none of the individual items will exceed $24. All of the proceeds from the event will go to a non-profit that raises awareness about sexual exploitation and human trafficking of women.
"If we can take something as trivial and such a blessing that we have like clothes and use that for a greater purpose why wouldn't we," said Johanna Calfee, event organizer.
The "Frocks 4 Freedom" pre-sale event kicks off Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at Tresca on 8th Street in downtown Lynchburg. Tickets are $24.
The pre-sale is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. You can buy the passes online.
The big sale will is on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
