Lexington, VA - Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney returns to Virginia Monday to give a speech on foreign policy.
Romney is scheduled to speak at 11:20 a.m. at VMI in Lexington.
Following the speech, Romney plans to hold a campaign rally in Newport News.
President Obama will be campaigning in San Francisco today.
