Bedford Co., VA - In what's being called a "staged performance," the chair of the Bedford County Board of Supervisors resigned during Tuesday night's meeting.
According to fellow supervisors, Charles Neudorfer was upset over a failed appointment.
Neudorfer recommended Bill Piatt be put on the planning commission. Other supervisors rejected Piatt, saying his name is attached to a pending lawsuit against the county.
