Roanoke, VA - A Roanoke Police officer suffered minor injuries when her car crashed into a utility pole Monday morning.
Police say Officer K.R. Adams was responding to a domestic disorder call shortly before 11 a.m. on Hunt Avenue.
She was turning left from Orange Avenue onto 10th Street when her police car spun out and hit the pole.
A preliminary investigation shows speed and wet roadways were a factor.
Adams was treated on the scene for minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
