"Carter was brought to the Lynchburg Humane Society when he was founded abandoned in a house. His owners had left him and his brother to fend for themselves.
Carter is a 3-month-old Italian Greyhound mix. He gets along with other dogs and loves play¬time with his kennelmates.
This little guy is looking for a new family to love that will love him back. He is up to date on routine shots, neutered and ready to go home today.
