Lynchburg, VA - A man who used his cell phone to get video up women's skirts has been sentenced in Lynchburg to serve 20 days in jail.

Ryan Wogomon pleaded guilty in Lynchburg General District Court Thursday to three misdemeanor counts of unlawfully filming an unconsenting person. He had been recording his victims in stores like Best Buy, Old Navy, and Kohl's.

Wogomon was sentenced in Campbell County in August to serve one month for two counts of the same thing.
