Ceremony for New Troopers in Appomattox Co.

Appomattox Co., VA - State Police in Appomattox welcomed their newest members to the team Monday morning.

These officers are part of the largest class to ever graduate with Virginia State Police.

Officials say 89 officers graduated in Caroline County last week. There are 13 women, representing the highest number of female grads.

The new troopers will finish up their final phase of training Monday.
