Lynchburg Council Holds Library Fee Vote for November

Posted:

Lynchburg, VA - Lynchburg City Council decided Tuesday night not to vote on ending the library's non-resident fee.

Still, the Lynchburg public library director says it was a positive talk with council.

They raised concerns about the library losing $7,000 with eliminating that fee.

The council will look at the idea again in November, as well as a larger study on the regional library system.
