Roanoke Co., VA - A Troutville man is in the hospital and facing charges of DUI after his pickup truck collided with a tractor trailer.
It happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday on I-81 North in Roanoke County.
State police say Thomas Clouse, 45, was traveling in the left lane in a 2008 Dodge Ram pickup truck when he drifted over into the right lane, hitting a tractor trailer's bumper. The tractor trailer was car hauling diesel fuel.
His pickup then flipped into the median.
Clouse was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injures. Officials don't know yet if Crouse was wearing a seatbelt.
The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
