LCA defeated Roanoke Catholic 3-0 to win the Blue Ridge Conference volleyball championship.
Jen Garrett, named Conference Player of the Year, led the Bulldogs with 143 kills and 9 digs.
LCA advances to the VIS state quarterfinals with a home game Tuesday November 6th.

Westover Christian won the VACA tournament for the second straight season 3-0 (28-26, 25-17, 25-9) over Timberlake Christian. Westover will advance to the VIS state tournament.
With the win Westover improved to 23-4 on the season.
Leah Clayton was named tournament MVP. She was joined by teammates Natalie Petrovich and Morgan Hutcherson on the all-tournament team.
