Governor Bob McDonnell held a press conference Monday to talk about Virginia's Hurricane Sandy plans. His second in command, Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling, was in the ABC 13 studio to talk about the storm.

This storm is causing major flooding in the Virginia Beach area, but right now, there have been no deaths in the state from this hurricane. Bolling spoke about plans the state has in place right now as response to the storm.

He also spoke about what being in a state of emergency means for Virginians.
