Man in Custody After Robbing CVS in Blacksburg

Blacksburg, VA - A man is in custody after police say he robbed a CVS Wednesday night.

Just before 8 p.m., police say Tyler Rudd walked into the store on University City Boulevard, stole some prescription medications and then ran off.

Officers say they located Rudd a short time later near his residence in University Place apartments.

He is charged with felony larceny.
