TPD Find Special Needs Girl Near Intersection, Returned to Paren - WSET.com - ABC13

Police have brought together a special needs girl and her parents after she was found walking barefoot in Tulsa early Monday morning.

Around 5 a.m., the girl pictured was found near the intersection of 41st and Mingo in her pajamas. The 4-5-year-old was described as having special needs and unable to communicate.

Tulsa Police then sent out a release an hour later and announced that the girl had been reunited with her family.
