Lynchburg Man Killed by Alleged Drunk Driver in Tennessee

Franklin, TN - A Lynchburg man has been killed after being hit by an alleged drunk driver in Tennessee.

45-year-old Thomas Allen Schlapman was riding his motorcycle in Franklin, Tennessee last week when police say this man crossed the center line and hit him.

46-year-old Gregory Powers is still behind bars.

According to Schlapman's obituary, he worked with VDOT.

He leaves behind a wife and daughter.
