Campbell Co, VA - A judge certified charges today against a Concord man accused of killing his older girlfriend.
Tony Witt is charged with the second-degree murder and robbery of Barbara Martin back in July.
The Campbell County Sheriff's Office says he stabbed the 53-year-old and beat her head in with a claw hammer before racking up more than $2,000 on her credit card.
A Campbell County grand jury will decide whether the case will go forward in January.
