Roanoke, VA - A former Roanoke resident will spend more than six years in prison for a child pornography charge.
Paul Aragon, 52, pleaded guilty to one count of receiving or distributing child pornography.
A Roanoke judge sentenced him to 77 months in prison with supervised release once Aragon is let out.
Aragon admitted to investigators that he bought a membership to a website that distributes child porn, and also confessed that he downloaded images from the site.
Police traced his account to his Roanoke home in May of 2011.
