Investigators are still determining the cause of a Sapulpa house fire Wednesday that left a disabled man dead.
A state fire marshal told KTUL.com that the cause of the fire still remains undetermined. But that it does not appear to be suspicious at this time.
Channel 8 was there Monday when the blaze broke out around 10:30 a.m. at the home near 49th West Avenue and 61st Street south.
Sapulpa Fire Department said a 47-year-old disabled man died in the blaze. He was on the 2nd floor and firefighters couldn't get to him.
The man's father was taken to a Tulsa hospital with burn injuries.
Flames shot through the roof of the home before firefighters brought the incident under control.
The smoke plume was large enough to be seen for several miles. Callers as far as Glenpool reported that they thick, black cloud.
