Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New Goodwill Store in Lynchburg

Lynchburg, VA - Folks lined up outside of the Lynchburg area's newest Goodwill location Wednesday morning.

The store held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new store on Timberlake Road.

The first shoppers had the chance to win a flat screen TV and received a free shopping tote.

Goodwill also announced plans to open another location on Old Forest Road and a service hub in Madison Heights.

It took a while to get this store up and running after the building partially collapsed earlier this year.
