Rustburg - The Red Devils and Liberty Minutemen played a thriller Thursday night at Rustburg, Liberty pulling out a 50-49 road win. This game was all Liberty the opening minutes, Trevon Lightfoot's three part of a 9-0 run to start the game.
But the Red Devils fired back, Matt Kimble popped a 3, part of his 21 points on the night. Rustburg ran off 10 straight points to grab the lead, then Liberty answered with another nice run. It was that type of game, Liberty pulling out the one-point victory.
