Altavista defeated William Campbell 58-30. Juan Thornhill led the Colonels with 15 points. Darius Johnson came off the bench to notch a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Buckingham County (5-0) remained undefeated with a 52-30 win at home against Randolph-Henry. Cam Johnson led Buckingham with 14 points.
Andrew Rowsey scored 39 but Amherst beat Rockbridge 69-63 a week after Rockbridge beat Amherst by one point.
Patrick Henry is still undefeated 63-45 over Salem.
Westover Christian beat Temple Christian 77-41. Patrick Weatherford scored 17 points and was one of four players in double figures for Westover.

Nelson County scored its first win of the season 61-35 over Appomattox. Emily Stotmeister scored 29 points for the Governors. In the loss E.V. Davis tallied 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Westover Christian topped Temple Christian 42-40. Leah Clayton dominated the competition for Westover scoring 15 points to go along with 16 rebounds, 10 assists and 8 blocks.
