Governor McDonnell to Make a Major Announcement in Franklin Co. Today

Burnt Chimney, VA - Governor McDonnell will be in Franklin County later Monday, making what his office says is a significant announcement.

McDonnell will be at Homestead Creamery at 4 p.m, off of Route 122 in Burnt Chimney.

The announcement is supposed to be about a new way to help agricultural businesses.
