Roanoke, VA - A second of the four Blue Ridge Coalition of Reason billboards in the Roanoke area was found vandalized Friday.
The billboard is on Boulevard Street in Roanoke.
The atheist and agnostic coalition says the vandals used wrapping paper and duct tape to vandalize the billboard.
On December 20th, a billboard in Salem had words blacked out with spray paint.
The group has since replaced that billboard.
The Blue Ridge Coalition of Reason first put up the billboards on December 19th.
