Martinsville-Henry County SPCA Giving 2013 Discounts

Lynchburg, VA - The Lynchburg Humane Society will spay or neuter stray cats for free until March 1.

They started the program in March of 2011 thanks to a grant from PetSmart, but time is running out.

So far, they've sterilized a little more than 1,000, but they estimate there are about 12,000 free-roaming cats in the community.

They'll lend you a trap if you need one.
