The Oklahoma State Cowgirls welcomed Tahlequah Sequoyah product Angel Goodrich back to Oklahoma Tuesday night as they took on Kansas at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
The Jayhawk senior did her best to make it a happy homecoming, but the Cowgirls had other ideas.
OSU held Kansas to 39-percent shooting from the field and beat KU 76-59. The Cowgirls were led by Liz Donohoe with 24-points. Toni Young added 15, while Tiffany Bias and Brittney Martin both had 14.
Goodrich struggled shooting. She was 4-14 from the field and 1-6 from three point range. She finished the night with 12-points and 8-assists.
The Cowgirls improve to 12-2 on the year, 1-2 in Big 12 play. They next face Texas in Austin on Sunday at 11:30.
