At approximately 1:30 p.m. Saturday a 15-year-old female reported that she was standing in the parking lot of a business in the 400 block of Riverside Drive, when she was approached by a man.
The man was driving a car and pulled up to the girl, exposing himself to her while he was sitting in the car. He then quickly drove away.
A witness described the car as a 4 door baby blue Buick Le Sabre with handicapped tags from an unknown state. (Example Image of car shown).
The man was described as a white male, bald, and in his 70's.
