Police are still searching for a robbery suspect Friday morning after he entered a downtown bank and demanded money from an employee.
Tulsa Police Department's Leland Ashley said it happened at approximately 10:58 a.m. Thursday when the suspect entered the IBC Bank at the corner of 5th and Main.
Ashley told KTUL.com that the male suspect approached an employee and demanded money after placing a bag on the counter.
Once the employee filled the bag with an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled north on foot from the bank before TPD arrived.
The suspect is described as being a white male, 160 pounds and 5 foot 8 inches in height. He was reportedly wearing a gray stocking cap and matching sweatsuit.
