
Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic. Add turkey and brown. Drain fat.
2. Add tomatoes and all ingredients except beans.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, adding water if needed. After 1 1/2 hours, add the beans. (Do not add them too early, or they will be mushy.)
4. Serve with a dollup of sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese.
