
White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Chop onion and garlic.
2. Cut up chicken in to bite size pieces.
3. Saute onions, garlic, cumin, oregano and dried red pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes. Push aside and add chicken and saute for another 5 minutes.
4. Add beans (with liquid), broth, chilies and cream, simmer until chicken is tender - about 10 minutes.
5. Top with cheese and cilantro.
