Sources say two firms are the likely winners of this round of negotiations to buy .
Hostess announced in November it was shutting down following a bakers' union strike.
That led to a run on all Hostess products here and across the country.

Hostess and Wonderbread have had a presence in Tulsa for decades. The plant could stay open at part of a deal with a Georgia company called Flowers Foods.
The deal does not bring back 180 jobs lost in November when Hostess decided to shut down.
