Roanoke, VA - A Roanoke County Ambulance was hit from behind by a car Thursday afternoon, as the crew was taking a patient to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The accident happened around 4:30 p.m.
Police say the ambulance was going down Williamson Road in Roanoke. Investigators say the ambulance was stopped at a traffic light.
Neither the patient nor the three paramedics on board were injured. Right now, no word on whether any charges have been filed.
