Charlottesville - The Virginia High School League Executive Committee today DENIED William Fleming's appeal and the Colonels WILL forfeit two wins for using an academically ineligible player.
One of those was a district victory, so instead of winning the Western Valley outright, Fleming will face G.W. in a one-game playoff for the title Thursday night at Franklin County.
