Campbell County - Brookville outscored Lord Botetourt 23-10 in the second quarter and went on to beat the Cavaliers 53-36 in girls basketball Thursday night at Brookville.
Anitra Thomas led Bees scoring with 15, BriAnna Barksdale added 12. Brookville ran up a 16-point halftime lead to take control. The Bees improve to 15-and-5 overall heading into next week's Seminole District Tournament.
