Sample Express has 4 simple steps:
1. Submit your idea. A concept or napkin sketch, or a complete technical drawing is submitted to our engineers through our website.
2. Talk with an engineer. A Strouse engineer will call the customer confirming details and gathering more information about the project if needed.
3. Let Strouse get to work. Design and development engineers work to ship a prototype in 48 hours or less.
4. Evaluation of the sample. Application of the prototype is then done by the customer to ensure it meets requirements and expectations. Strouse engineers will follow up with the customer to ensure any final questions are answered and discuss any next step.
