CTQ Solutions announced that is has officially changed its corporate name to Voyance to better reflect the company’s commitment to foresight and innovation, and, in addition to this landmark decision, the company’s core product, EdgeSurvey™, will be renamed EdgePerception™. Both changes are effective February 25th, 2013.
Branford, CT (PRWEB) February 24, 2013
CTQ Solutions was founded in 2002, introducing the first electronic patient surveying tool, EdgeSurvey™, to the healthcare industry. CTQ’s core mission was to seamlessly provide clients with patient feedback, a mission that the company achieved for hundreds of providers and millions of patient encounters. However, based on client feedback the company’s mission has expanded and the products have evolved to provide our clients with much more.
“Moving forward, CTQ Solutions will now be Voyance,” commented CEO, Paul Faraclas. “The name Voyance encapsulates our commitment to forward thinking and innovation and helping our clients focus on the pursuit of excellence through unique products and services. This is not the result of a change in ownership or investment – simply a desire to strengthen our role as an industry leader and further dedicate ourselves to the future.”
EdgePerception, the next generation of the company’s core product, EdgeSurvey, builds on all EdgeSurvey benefits but with additional features, functionality, and usability. The enhanced product provides a strategic solution to managing patient perceptions by leveraging the power of patient feedback. As healthcare complexity increases, and imminent value-based purchasing programs take effect, EdgePerception’s ability to identify and resolve specific improvements will be invaluable. The result is improved process, quality, brand and patient loyalty.
Moving forward, Voyance’s commitment to technology solutions and innovation will increase and the company is preparing to launch Solstice, an exciting new product to help ASCs. “In our work with ASC clients and industry leaders, it became clear that facilities need help managing their growing number of tasks and requirements,” noted Faraclas. “Solstice is a management solution that automates and organizes the many ‘to-do lists’ facility leaderships have to keep track of, ultimately helping facilities provide the best possible care, operate at top efficiency, minimize costs, and comply with accreditation requirements. It is currently in development and we will have more detailed product announcements and delivery schedules to share soon.”
Voyance will make its first industry appearance at the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) 2013 Conference held March 14-16, 2013, located at Booth 708.
