Due process continues today for two men accused of murdering three people in the Good Friday shootings.
Alvin Watts and Jake England are set for hearings at the Tulsa County courthouse Monday morning.
A judge will decide whether or not to throw out the state's death penalty request against England.
As for Watts, the judge will rule if the case should be thrown out.
Watts' attorneys argue that police didn't follow protocol during arrest.
The men are charged with three counts of murder in connection to the shootings last April.
