Lynchburg, VA- The Columbia Gas Company of Virginia is on the scene of the bus accident and has evaluated the situation. The company says it is alright to move the bus out of the ditch. Crews are now starting the process.

Lynchburg, VA- Four students have been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a Liberty University bus wrecks on campus.
We're told around 8:40 p.m. the bus jumped a curb and fell into a ravine on east campus near the intersection of Liberty Mountain Drive and Towns Court. 19 students and one bus driver were on board at the time. Both Lynchburg Police and Liberty University Police are on the scene.
We're also told the bus is sitting on a gas line. Officials are waiting for the gas company to arrive and evaluate the situation before they move the bus. The pedestrian tunnel that connects east and main campus has been closed for now.
