Don't expect to hear from Governor McDonnell anytime soon on uranium mining.
The governor says he's not giving any thought to it until after an April veto session.
He also says he's still focused on legislation reaching his desk from the 2013 session of the General Assembly.
Senator John Watkins and Delegate Terry Kilgore are urging McDonnell to direct agency heads to develop regulations "addressing the potential mining of uranium" in Virginia.
