Man in Danville Enters Plea on Charge of Second Degree Murder

Danville, VA - Larry Jacoby Davis was sentenced to 32 years in jail Friday in Danville Circuit Court.

Davis was found guilty of second degree murder and other charges after he shot and killed Adrian Wimbush, 23, outside of the Highlander restaurant in Danville last year.

Davis, 28, pleaded guilty to several charges in January.

A female victim who was also shot in the 2012 incident recovered from her injuries.
